Beating Prostrate Cancer
Lovely get together last night with friends at Alfreton to celebrate the “kick ass” attitude to combat prostate cancer. Organised by Dave Braithwait and Mick to give thanks to all who supported them during their battle with the condition and who constantly urge all men who haven’t been tested to get checked out.

Derby cathedral
On Saturday 13th May at 7.30pm we were proud to be one of the participants performing a joint concert in Derby Cathedral with Derbyshire Community Choir, Alfreton, Chapel en le \Frith, Chesterfield, Dalesman & Mansfield Male Voice Choirs

Saturday 24th June We joined with Bestwood MVC to sing a joint charity concert with Greasley MVC in St Mary's Church, St Mary's Gate, Wirksworth

SUTTON IN ASHFIELD
Saturday 15th July sang to a very appreciative audience of residents of the Kingfisher Court Care Home in Sutton @6pm Many of them joined in quietly singing some of our songs during the concert. We may hope to return to sing a Christmas Concert to them!

An occasion to formally recognise the choir's 120 years of singing by presenting commemorative mugs to supporters of the choir over many years.

Ripley Methodist Church, in Wood Street. Colin Smith from our bass section will also feature as one of our soloists. SUTTON IN ASHFIELD
On Monday 4th December @ 6.00pm we have been invited back to sing a Christmas Concerts to the residents of the Kingfisher Court Care Home in Sutton in Ashfield.
